Innovation is a scalable, repeatable process made of four components:

  • Discovery - Upends reliance on “common knowledge,” and intentionally slows us down to gather new information by empathically observing and immersively engaging with customers, front-line employees, and leadership.
  • Insights - Trains your organization to reframe its engagement with customer needs and elevates seemingly unrelated individual data points into strategic opportunities.
  • Ideation - Begins with a spirit of “what if?” and employs a core design thinking principle, "curiosity before judgment."
  • Experimentation - De-risks ideas in a low-cost, low-risk, high-reward format through market research (via survey or observation), minimum viable products (MVPs), and prototypes.
